Oh, and you are discounting lesbians and bisexual women who may be attracted to revealing school uniforms (which actual real Japanese girls wear on the streets).

Functionally these outfits work waaaay better. I'm a girl, and I always wondered how ANY of these women coul go around fighting crime in heels and strapless outfits. Morality aside, it just makes sense. Also, Elektra's looks incredible!!

This sounds quite a lot like I prepare campaigns for my groups. The option to chose where you go and what things to investigate and react to, but unlike old-school sandboxes there is actually something greater going on in which the characters participate.
It greatly pleases me to see this approach used in published material. Usually you only get pure railroad adventures in which the players don't really have any way to affect the events, or old-school modules that are barely more than dungeon maps without any reasoning behind them. Both are wasting the best things pen and paper games are offering, but this campaign seems to go that extra step.

You obviously have no idea what a jump cut is, you can clearly see them in any hollywood movie. it's a very abrupt editing technique.

The Eternal is probably intended to maintain the timeline by keeping the humans beyond the Fourth Wall guessing instead of smashing down the dimensional boundaries with crossover fanfics.

I don't like the look of Wonder Woman and Black Canary; they look too bulky, I think. Not sure about WW; more something more armored, Greco-Roman in style; yes, still show her knees, but the kilt to just above the knee and caligulae to just below the knee. Canary, straight-cut (not hip-hugger jeans) with like a trench coat.

The other presentations are spot on and a refreshing change from the norm.

Have had a blast doing the funnels as both a player and DM. Lots of memorable deaths and creative attempts at heroic deeds. Plus, my players have to get up and ring a bell when their villager falls. Makes dying more fun and embarrassing.

Ryan of Gamers & Grognards here. I'm not looking at this strictly as the anniversary of D&D. When Gary and Dave released the first boxed set of OD&D to the public in 1974, they introduced the world to role playing games. No RPG, not pen & paper nor video, would have existed without this. From leveling up, to turn based combat, to magic weapons that state a +bonus to them, it all started with this game and this release. We are celebrating the 40th Anniversary or RPGs!

RGG is Jay Tummelson and his wife, so it's more surprising that they were able to put out so many games in the first place. I'm also assuming that's why they don't have a Facebook page, although I occasionally see a RGG post on BoardGameGeek.

Thanks for the feedback Rachel. Rafflecopter (at this level) does have "Join mailing list" option but this blog doesn't run one.

Can I ask why you want those options? Competitions are pretty hard; especially convincing gamers to take part so I'm always keen on feedback.
